Simple Download and Go maps direct from the iTunes Store
RouteBuddy Solo "Map+App" products are available on the iTunes store as a quick and easy download for those who want a single-use map product on their iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
These include some of the more popular Ordnance Survey map titles and are priced competitively.
Solo or Atlas?
It should be noted that these maps cost-less than those in the RouteBuddy store because they are designed for mobile use only.
Should you wish to use any RouteBuddy Topo map on your computer as well as your iOS device, then you'll need to purchase the map from the RouteBuddy Store and use it with RouteBuddy for Windows and Mac (available from the RouteBuddy Store) and our free iOS App RouteBuddy Atlas, available from the iTunes Store.
Please give due thought and consideration to the notes above before buying a Solo app.
We do offer upgrade discounts to enable you to use your previously purchased Solo maps in both Atlas for iOS and RouteBuddy for Windows or Mac but, overall, this will not be as cost effective as buying the map in the RouteBuddy store at the outset.
RouteBuddy Solo gives you Ordnance Survey maps direct from the iTunes Store - it turns your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch into a powerful hand-held mapping device, letting you access maps from any location without data charges. By using the device's built-in GPS, RouteBuddy Solo can also display your current location and save recorded tracks to your Mac or PC.
